Terms and Conditions

1. Copyright

The artist, Meredith Stanley, holds full copyright on all artwork that is produced. When a portrait is commissioned, I reserve the right to display it on my website and on my social media pages. Clients who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online please notify me.

2. Payment

To commission a portrait, deposit payment must be made in full (20% of total price) before the drawing of the portrait can begin.   Once customer has approved the final product and is fully satisfied, full payment must be received before item is sent to the customer.  Items are shipped within 3-7 business days from portrait completion.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations can be made after deposit has been paid, BUT before the portrait has been started!

Cancellations after portrait has been started, the 20% deposit will be non-refundable.

5. Damage In Transit

My portraits are packaged extremely well however in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit please first immediately send a photo of the damaged package BEFORE unpacking/ removing the artwork.  Second, open/ remove the art and if there is damage to the art itself, the artwork must be returned to me and a new portrait will be drawn at no cost.

6. Privacy Policy
